  • Wow, what a fantastic job.I would love to see the remaining like fencing, gate etc.One quick query, what is the maximum side slope of a ditch that a dozer or a skid steer can drive longitudinally without flipping, like is it 1V:4H ?

  • WOW, Very Very Nice Job, Well Done, I know Prices vary from state to state and county to county, How much would a job like that cost to clear the land of trees, grade it , make a Drain pond and Buy and lay down the top covering rock on a lot of that size, Just Curious, my Guess would be about $250,000 and I am way way off I bet :) LOL

  • Nicely done Chris looks pretty sharp! I also always top dress driveways and RV pads with chips on top of the 3/4" road base. Even though 3/4 minus is sand and rock if you get a lot of rain it seems like it still gets a little bit mucky. You put those chips on perfect! If you don't get enough it still gets messy with rain and too much it's like driving in sand because the chips just roll around and get pushed out when you drive on them.

  • Must be big profits in storage over there. Here in Qld Australia my sister had so much trouble trying to find storage, there is plenty it's just all in use and the price is high enough that she felt it might be cheaper to rent a house with big shed instead. She did pay about $150 a month for a small garage size one, but wanted the space of several, lucky she managed to buy a house in time to not need it.

It must be hard to price a job like this with all the times you've had to go back. Or do you price it by time spent as you go?

It's your personality that people gravitate too. You are not arrogant, you make fun of your self, if anything. I don't know where you have picked up your wisdom? You can be very deep on occasion. I could go on an on. Congratulations to Letsdig18.
